I use a simple methodology to simplify a user’s experience which results in increased engagement and higher conversion rates.

  • It is important to define the problem you want to solve before spending time and resources on generating possible solutions.

  • The next step is to conduct research to understand the needs and behaviors of the target users. This involves conducting user interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather feedback on their current investment practices, pain points, and preferences. I also conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify industry trends.

  • Based on our research, I develop user personas to represent the different types of users who will be using the platform. This includes novice investors, experienced investors, and those who are looking to manage their investments on the go.

    By understanding the needs and goals of each persona, we can design a platform that caters to their specific needs.

  • In the ideation phase, I generate ideas and concepts for the platform. I use techniques such as sketching, brainstorming, and prototyping to explore different design solutions.

    I also use user feedback to refine our ideas and ensure that they meet the needs of the target users.

  • Once I have a clear design direction, we begin wireframing the platform. Wireframes are low-fidelity designs that provide a basic layout of the platform's structure and functionality. We use wireframes to test the usability of the platform and ensure that it meets the needs of the target users.

    After I have finalized the wireframes, we create a high-fidelity prototype of the platform. This allows me to test the user experience in a realistic environment and make any necessary adjustments before launch. I also conduct user testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

  • Once the platform is launched, I continue to evaluate its performance and gather feedback from users. I use this feedback to make continuous improvements to the platform and ensure that it remains relevant and engaging for users.
