An urban community with design and creativity embedded in its fabric. With over 17,000 new homes, 12,000 new jobs and 48 acres of open public space emerging over the coming years.

I was hired to create a digital sales tool to provide users with an enjoyable browsing experience that would inspire them to make inquiries and ultimately, purchase a property.

❋ Conclusion

The mobile app & website featured a clean and minimalist design that showcased the company’s portfolio of properties and highlighted their unique features and amenities.

The property search feature allowed users to filter properties based on their preferences, and the inquiry form made it easy for users to express their interest.
