The UK’s leading retailer of guitars, amplifiers, and other musical instruments reached out to help with an e-commerce website relaunch that could reflect the excellence of customer service provided in-store.

Conclusion

The website featured a simple and intuitive navigation system, visually appealing and easy-to-follow journeys, detailed product information, and high-quality product images making it easy for customers to find and purchase the products they were looking for.

Coupled with designing a super simple and fast checkout process, the store became the UK’s No1 online guitar reseller.
